Mark, who is from Carlisle, Pennsylvania, bought this 1973 Peterbilt 359 pretty much as is about 2 1/2 years ago and has since been showing it the TLC it needed to get it right and dependable. The one big project he decided needed done is the one he’s in the middle of as I write this.
Jimmy Lammon once again made his way to Shipshewana Indiana for the Blessing of the Trucks. The turnout at this event just keeps getting bigger and better, and we can see why!
The 2016 Vintage and Working Truck Show hosted by the Oregon Trail Chapter of the American Truck Historical Society and the Pacific Northwest Truck Museum, more commonly called the “Brooks Truck Show”, was held on was held on August 27 and 28 this year.
I have been attending the Carlisle Truck Nationals for over 20 years and as someone that has always had a love for trucks of all shapes and sizes it has always been a favorite of mine. The 2016 Truck Nationals, held August 5th-7th, had the biggest turnout of largecars I have seen in many years.

On August 26th-27th Tim Ford made his way to Grantsville Town Park in Grantsville Maryland for the Western Maryland Truck Show.
Brandon Smith drives this slick looking’96 Pete extended hood day cab that gives the good folks of the Raleigh/Durham NC area a visual thrill on a daily basis. He pulls an aluminum end dump hauling recycled glass to a company that manufactures glass beads for the reflective material they put in highway marking paint.
