If you’ve ever been down to Texas, you know the weather tends to be hot, but Caldwell, TX is home to a fleet of blue heavy haul trucks that are hotter than any Texas sun. Truett Novosad owns and operates a fleet of clean heavy haul trucks.
On September 14th Lanita Specialized held their 6th annual truck show at their headquarters in Mt. Aetna Pennsylvania.
August 23-25th 2019, the Annual Brooks Truck Show was held at the Pacific Northwest Truck Museum in Brooks, Oregon.
The 2019 No Coast LargeCar Truck Show was held August 31st-September 1st at the Hancock County Fairground in Britt Iowa. This was the first stop of our Mid West tour, and what a trip it was!
We were honored back in March 2011 to have had this amazing ride featured on our online cover as this was the last truck Jake Eilen drove before he passed away in 2008. So in March 2019 when Jonathan Eilen showed up at the Mid America Truck Show with the very same 2007 Peterbilt 379, having had a makeover, we knew it needed to be featured again.
Black Hills Trucking was established in 1977 and has 4 locations operating a specialized fleet of over 100 trucks and cranes. Black Hills services include heavy haul, lowboy, rig moving, crane, flatbed, and forklift service. Along with its modern equipment Black Hills also still operates a number of heavy duty tractors working on rig moves and other heavy duty jobs.

Dave is back again, with a neat heavy hauler that has a little bit of a plot twist this time, a truck he calls “Low Maintenance”. Though it may not be your typical show truck by most people’s standards, it will certainly still leave a lasting impression At first glance, its easy to see that his 1996 379 has a very rugged, industrial, and rat rod look to it!
This year was our 9th Annual Busted Knuckle Truck Show. It is the working man’s show. No cost to enter, no judging no competition. We encourage drivers to come show off what they work hard for and check out other nice working trucks from all over.

Doug Edwards of Van Wert, Ohio is sure to give you the Freightliner fever with this bad to the bone 1987 FLC! Doug’s dad Keith Edwards purchased the truck back in 1993 and it’s been in the family ever since. The truck serves Doug as great memory of his Father.
JR Schleuger makes his second appearance in LCM with another older Kenworth. This time it’s a 1960 Kenworth.
