Kenny Kreier of Barron Wisconsin is the proud owner of this 2007 Peterbilt 379. Aside from the beautiful green and white paint Kenny added custom half fenders, a custom rear light bar, I panels between the fuel tanks, a lift bumper, and a custom cover over the sleeper shocks.
Saturday September 21st 2019 was my first chance to personally attend the East Coast Marmon Truck Meet and it certainly did not disappoint!
Welcome to the 2019 Walcott Truckers Jamboree 40th Anniversary milestone celebration held on July 11-13. The year was 1979 when Bill and Carolyn Moon hosted the first annual Walcott Truckers Jamboree as a thank you and a tribute to the men and women trucking across America.
Keith Auker, better known as Spanky, held his annual party/truck show on May 23rd 2020 at the Spankybilt headquarters in rural Pennsylvania. If you don’t know who Spanky is, I assure you that you have seen his work because he has built some of the coolest rides in the country, many seen on these pages!
2019 Walcott Truckers Jamboree (Bill Banks Coverage)
On May 30th 2020 a fund raiser was organized by Lamar Zimmerman and Greg Martin to raise money for Allen Wenger. Only 30 trucks were expected but well over 100 showed up and paid a fee to participate in the parade!
For the past three years I have driven up to Cape Cod, Massachusetts for the MJT Memorial Cape Cod Truck Show, in memory of Michael James Tasha who passed away in October of 2014. Mike’s son Kabraul and his wife Julie began this show the following year in his name.
Greg Penner owns this 2006 Peterbilt 379.
For those of you who know your history you will recognize this truck. This is the giveaway truck from the Truckers Aid Show held in Caddo Mills Texas back in 1988.
