The 1st Annual Cappello Crushes ALS Truck Show was held July 30th 2017 at their company headquarters in Shrewbury, MA. As the name of the show suggests the show’s proceeds went to help those battling ALS, a disease we have sadly lost several friends to and I’m sure many of those reading have sadly lost friends and family to as well.
The 85 Peterbilt 359 you see here began its life with Justin a clean but tall ride wrapped in maroon paint, if you know Justin or even just know of him, you know that wasn’t going to work. So as soon as he got it home the blocks came out from under the front axle to bring it closer to earth and eventually a car hauler front axle brought it completely out of nose bleed status.
Not sure where I caught this Freightliner FLC but I wish the picture was a little more clear.
This may be our first father/son readers ride! The blue 1984 Peterbilt 359 belongs to Jayson Melander of Begley Minnesota. The red 1996 Peterbilt 379 belongs to Jayson’s son Kyle Melander.

July 1st -2nd The Great Lakes Truck Club held their 8th annual Clifford Truck Show in Clifford Ontario Canada.
Saturday July 22nd saw one of Pennsylvania’s biggest events, The Keystone Diesel Nationals held at Maple Grove Raceway in Mohnton Pennsylvania (Reading area).
On July 9th Spencers Chrome Parts & Service held their annual truck show. This was by far the biggest turnout with trucks parked around the entire perimeter of their facility and filling the grassy field next to their facility!

The First annual 519 Loud N’ Proud Orangeville Truck Show was organized by Jason Henry. It was a good turn out for the first show. Most of the trucks were from around the Orangeville area.
