On Mothers Day May 9th hundreds of trucks once again gathered at the lots of Berle Industries for the 20th annual Mothers Day Make a Wish Convoy.
Rich Stark took this picture of one of Dale Humphrey’s transfer dumps. This truck was driven by Greg Smith and the picture was taken in Covina California in 1987.

After a wonderful Pleasanton Truck Show with lots of great trucks, we had a week to spare before the Stockton show so we relaxed for a few days and then went to see Tommy Zachler’s skinny nose petes and then on to Truck Works, what a place, I never seen so many old petes, cabs, parts.

On a recent trip to Las Vegas, my tour guide Rich Stark took my by the In N Out distribution center to check out their infamous Peterbilts. As you can see it was quite the little truck show, very cool!

2005 Peterbilt 379. Barry, of Rochester WA along with Pickett Custom Trucks and Dans Custom Welding have created one of the most stunning Peterbilt 379’s we have ever seen.
Kelvin Premier sends us this readers ride all the way from Lower Plenty, Victoria Australia. Kelvin’s ride is a 2007 Kenworth T904.

Another very cool ride caught by Justin Lang on his travels. We saw this truck in Kasson MN at The Big Iron Classic and it is a very large ride. Nice catch Justin!

Well dudes and dudettes, it’s time to turn the clocks back again and somehow we manage to blast off the east coast again and wind up back out west.  But this time, it’s up to the great North West!  We figured if we were going to do this Retro we better do it before mother nature went full force up there for the next couple of months.  So grab a blanket and a hot cup of joe and enjoy.

The 2010 Truckers Day At The Buck was held August 14th at the Buck Motorsports Park in Quarryville, Pennsylvania.

Russell Spawn built these two highly detailed 1/34th scale models. The Emeryville is a conversion kit put on a first gear toy frame. The 1953 Kenworth Bullnose is original. Both trucks were painted International Transport colors “from back in the day”.

Justin lang caught this month’s Riding Around in southern California. Long wheelbase flat top 379 plus 80’s style stripes on the trailer plus salt lake light set up on the trailer adds up to one thing: bad ass!



One of R.E Wicall’s Peterbilt 352’s has received a lot of love here in LCM print and now we have a model to go along with the 352 that was in Retro and in Readers rides.
